We created the BALAnce System for one simple reason —to support hardworking healthcare professionals while they support their patients for hours on end.

In the process of bringing to life all five parts of the BALAnce System —Arch M-Brace, Code Grip, Knit Fit, Dynamic Cushioning and Shift Shield— we worked alongside real nurses and doctors with the intent to understand how their shifts effect them physically and emotionally.

After those shifts, we shared our experiences, and created a performance shoe with five separate technologies that work harmoniously as one— just like real healthcare professionals and their colleagues in their units.
